Salary: c£45k per annum, based on proven experience
Location: Flexible working location, with international travel and to Lincoln HQ

The role of Policy and Engagement Lead, will lead sustainability policy and practice programmes in the Policy and Engagement team, ensuring exceptional high levels of member engagement and ownership, and prominent profile with stakeholders and in the media. You will play a key role in influencing and building relationships with Government, IEMA members from both a corporate and individual perspective, and a range of other key external stakeholders. You will come with excellent knowledge of sustainability tools and disciplines and a track record in stakeholder engagement. Strong written communication skills are crucial, as is the ability to write technical content in an engaging way. Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, with experience of working across multiple teams to achieve organisational objectives will come naturally to you.
