Acre has been engaged by a market leading, international sustainability consultancy, with 30 offices globally, to find an experienced New Sales Manager to join their successful and growing Oxfordshire office. The successful candidate will join our client's award winning chemical risk team, working alongside the largest chemical manufactures in the world as well as recognisable public and private sector clients.The chemical risk division has experienced significant growth in the last five years, with double digit growth in the last two, achieved by targeting large multi-year contracts. Our client's service offerings include; a 24 hour multilingual emergency response service, regulatory compliance, chemical risk consultancy, marine chemical spill response, and chemical safety training. The successful candidates will: Be proactive in generating new clients, having autonomy over targeting both clients and regions Provide consultancy to clients through white papers, technical knowledge and market insights Deliver a high level of outbound business development activity and client meetingsAdditionally, the successful individual will have a proven track record of achieving high levels of sales leads and managing opportunities through the entire sales cycle up to delivery. Furthermore, candidates must have the ability to understand and explain the multiple service offerings to everyone from technical clients through to C-level decision makers. Succesful candidates will have:A proven track record of achieving sales targets, developing sales strategy, and building lasting relationships with customers and colleaguesExperience in chemical risk solutions, or alternatively energy servicesThe confidence and self-assurance in their ability to be fully prepared for any sales opportunity and/or challengeExcellent communication and presentation skills to build rapport and strategic client relationshipsFor the right candidate, this is an opportunity to build a high value sales pipeline in a growing and award winning international multidisciplinary consultancy.
