A fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Ecologist with botany expertise at a leading Ecology Consultancy. The role will be based at their office near the vibrant seaside town of Brighton in East Sussex.SummaryJSM are very pleased to be working with a highly regarded independent ecology consultancy as they look to add a talented and technically minded Ecologist to their busy office in Brighton. Due to their significant workload they now require an ecologist with an expertise in botany. Their clients range from private and public sector organisations, working on small to large scale housing developments, road, rail and port infrastructure, historic building renovation and district-wide habitat and green infrastructure appraisals. Work will centre on extended Phase 1 habitat surveys, Code/BREEAM and green infrastructure, but assistance with other areas of our work such as protected species surveys will also be required.The successful candidate will be a confident and experienced team player who has both a personal interest and professional experience in plants/habitats.
