Acre has been engaged by a leading non-profit health and safety (H&S) membership body to hire an accomplished Knowledge Management Advisor.   This strategic role will manage the delivery of the knowledge management roadmap to optimise the circulation and maintenance of knowledge capital. This roadmap is designed to maximise collaboration and sustain learning alongside innovation. This organisation is the voice of the profession, campaigning on issues that affect millions of working people globally. Reporting directly to the Head of Knowledge Management, this brand new position will partner with other services and external stakeholders to embed consistent content management procedures and ensure accessibility, reliability and availability across the group's platforms. You will be instrumental in raising the profile of the brand and enabling them to maintain their influential position. Key responsibilities: Building and developing robust and productive business relationships Ranking organisational priorities and determining project outputs Demonstrating the ability to think critically, continuously sharing feedback and provide relevant and timely information to the Head of Knowledge Management Implementing a first class knowledge management environment which ensures capturing and maintaining intellectual capital within and beyond the organisation The ideal candidate will have the flexibility to travel within the UK and enjoy working autonomously. You will come from a similarly strategic position and have focused on project delivery and relationship management, preferably with a good working knowledge of occupational health and safety (OSH). Skills and capabilities: Relevant undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification Familiarity with collaborative platforms and other digital environments, alongside a good understanding of the content management principles Proven track record of project management and project delivery Experienced in communicating across the breadth of an organisation with a good working knowledge of change management techniques Versatility and a real capacity to adapt to change This is a brilliant opportunity to work with the worlds leading H&S membership body.
