Our client is a Water Treatment Company that is now looking to recruit a Commissioning Contracts Manager to join their team in the South East.  As Commissioning Contracts Manager you will carry out the following duties:  To lead a team of 6 - 8No directly employed Commission engineers and subcontract engineers in undertaking BSRIA BG2/2010 and BG 49/2013 onsite practical commission activity To engage with projects from enabling stage and to attend regular commission meetings to best prepare for the commissioning activity To engage with the directly employed staff for quality and efficiently assurance and undertake training and needs analysis reviews  To engage with sub contract staff to ensure quality assurance and competence To be involved with planning / programme to ensure that the company can meet client expectations and deliver the projects on time Candidates will ideally have the following background: The successful candidate will have to present themselves as highly organised and professional. The company value these two attributes as highly as the technical knowledge required for commissioning activity It is essential that the candidates have extensive experience within the industry and have successfully delivered both small and large projects within their portfolio Team leadership, management experience will be required. Qualification in this regard will be of benefit CSA membership / qualification will be of benefit.  The successful candidate will have to be IT competent and able to operate efficiently from site based equipment [Iphone/ pad, laptop, mobile printers, drop box etc] as well as being competent in professional correspondence for client and internal facing communications.  This role will involve both office, site based works and where appropriate working from home. A company car, phone / pad, laptop and printer will be provided along with necessary expenses for working activity.  The works are mainly based within the M25 or within the South East region
