Acre has been engaged by an award winning green business, which specializes in diverting food waste from landfill, to identify a HSEQ Manager. This position has been created due to sustained growth and the company's commitment to continuous improvement in the areas of Health, Safety and Environment.Reporting into the board, the HSEQ Manager will be responsible for the QMS, Health & Safety and EMS processes and procedures in accordance with ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO18001 across two sites.Key Responsibilities Be responsible for 9001, 14001 & 18001 accreditations (pending and to be developed) including monitoring and reporting activities in accordance with 9001, 14001 & 18001 standards.Take responsibility of the company's Integrated Management Systems including all Processes, Procedures, and Risk Assessments, Method Statements and CoSHH documents.Minimize waste and maximize levels of Customer satisfaction by the implementation of robust root cause analysis and sustainable corrective and preventative actions.Manage the internal HSEQ audit process and monitor the businesses to ensure legislative and project requirements are met.Responsible for documenting HSE records and liaising with both internal and external stakeholders with regards to inspections and third party audits. The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator and have a logical and methodical approach to systems management. Skills and Experience required: Experience in ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO18001 including AuditsExperience in a similar role within Waste or similar structuresInterpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively at all levelsExperience of the WRAP protocol for PAS110 is highly desirableNEBOSH qualified; preferably diploma but certificate would suffice.Excellent working knowledge of standard Microsoft Software packagesThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business within a growing sector.
