To support our continued growth and success, they now have opportunities for new Landscape Consultants and Senior Landscape Consultants within their London, Cotswolds and Manchester offices Job Description and Requirements:   Successful candidates will be working within a very busy and experienced landscape planning team carrying out landscape and visual impact assessments, landscape and townscape characterisation and assistance with Public Inquiry work. Landscape design and the preparation of landscape strategy / framework documents to assist in the delivery of successful schemes is an important element of the role.  Senior Landscape Consultant  Candidates for the Senior Landscape Consultant role should be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills and be highly skilled at the appraisal and assessment process in relation to residential, mixed-use and renewable energy schemes. Experience of project management and direct client contact will be essential. Requirements   ·      Minimum of five years’ experience and Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI) ·      Experience of carrying out Landscape & Visual Impact Assessments, including input into landscape design / mitigation strategies ·      Experience of managing projects on time and to budget, including lead role within multi-disciplinary teams ·      Experience of business development and involvement or some experience of providing expert witness services would be an advantage  ·      Excellent written skills ·      A good understanding of software (including AutoCAD, GIS and Adobe Creative Suite) ·      Full UK driving licence to enable site work   Landscape Consultant    Candidates for the Landscape Consultant role should be able to demonstrate excellent written skills, knowledge of the planning system and be familiar with the appraisal and assessment processes and relevant published guidance.    Requirements   ·      Minimum of three years experience and either CMLI or registered on the Pathway to Chartership would be desirable ·      Familiar with the Landscape & Visual Impact Assessment process, including input into landscape design / mitigation strategies ·      Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary environment ·      Excellent written skills ·      Involvement or assistance with Public Inquiry work would be an advantage  ·      A good understanding of software (including AutoCAD, GIS and Adobe Creative Suite) ·      Full UK driving licence to enable site work Our client is committed to career development for all its employees.  They offer rapid career development through mentoring and training, and through an exciting range and scale of projects across the UK and overseas as far afield as The Falkland Islands.
