Our client is a leading Water Treatment Company that is now looking to recruit an Environmental Service Technician in London. Main duties of this position include: Carrying out various water and Air hygiene tasks including: Air Monitoring for Carbon monoxide and Carbon Dioxide. Water sampling Cold Water Storage Tank Clean and Disinfection Disinfection of domestic water services Hygiene monitoring of water and air systems Remedials when on site Carry out allocated service work within agreed time schedules, adhering to the company's health and safety policy and quality policy, and to the relevant industry guidelines and customer specifications Complete reports and paperwork as instructed by your team leader Be prepared for inclusion on a call out rota for out of hours work Be available to carry out necessary works outside normal hours with additional remuneration. Quality - Ensure compliance with QMS, documentation to be correct and current Communication Any other associated duties which may be requested from time to time Completion of reports and paperwork You will act as a representative for the company, working along your team leader, assisting when required. You must conduct yourself in a professional manner, supporting clients and colleagues when needed. You must hold a full driving licence and be physically fit to be able to complete required duties. You must also be able to work as part as a team and without direct supervision. Good communication skills are essential, as is being able to think outside the box and use your own initiative to improve processes and procedures.
