Our client is a leading independent organisation. The company undertakes legionella compliance and service work as required by the L8 code of practice. Due to recent growth in the South East, they urgently require an enthusiastic and able field based Account Manager for the 'hands on' management of these accounts, ideally in Berkshire. The role is a key position with contract management responsibility for teams carrying out monitoring, inspection and thermostatic mixing valve servicing on commercial stored water systems within this area. Managing three of the companies Key Accounts in the area you will be required to efficiently manage the area team to provide the highest achievable level of customer service & satisfaction whilst maximising targeted area profitability. The successful applicant should be well organised and have a high level of customer care skills. Applicants will be computer literate, have the ability to plan, organising and control a service operation and must have proven ability to provide customer satisfaction in a service environment. Duties will include the smooth running of the contracts, liaising with Senior Management Team, all invoicing and making sure KPI's are hit. A plumbing and L8 compliance background would be an advantage as will the ability to specify and estimate plumbing remedial work would be a great advantage.
