Our clients provide facilities, property and energy management for a wide range of public and private sector businesses. They are currently recruiting for a Water Remedials Works Supervisor to be based out of their Hampshire office.  Job objectives and responsibilities Act as a representative of the company carrying out work as detailed by the Contract Manager  Conduct yourself in a professional manner in support of our customers and work colleagues  Operational responsibility to deliver a first class service and meeting the required profit margins upon the contracted and reactive works, from the customers.  To ensure all works are delivered on time and to the agreed specification.  To support business growth and retain existing customers  Delegate work to Remedial works team, in conjunction with the Technical Operations Administration Team and Contract Managers.  Training the remedial work team as required including delivering Tool box talks and team briefs  Checking paperwork and service standards completed by Remedial works team  Carry out allocated service work within agreed time schedules, adhering to the Maintenance Quality Management System and quality policy, and to the relevant industry guidelines and customer specifications.  Complete reports and paperwork as instructed by the Operations Manager  Take responsibility for your own training needs and bring them to the attention of the Contract Manager.  Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation, specific company requirements approved by the Health & Safety Executive and the latest regulations and codes of good practice  Running on site remedial works, ensuring the smooth running of the tasks.  Assisting in the booking of operational work with customers in conjunction with the area scheduling team  Ensure that remedial works team is performing to their required standard as detailed in their job description.  Provide training to remedial works team to enhance their capabilities and efficiency  Provide technical support to the regional service delivery team.  Ensure that remedial works team paperwork and reports are completed correctly and returned within agreed timescales  You may be required, from time to time, to carry out operational work to ensure that contractual commitments are met Ideally candidate will hold City & Guilds Level 2 in Plumbing and will have at least 5 years experience working in the Water Treatment Industry
