About the role: Under the guidance of the Head of Sustainability, the Environmental Manager is responsible for providing technical expertise and implementing the Airport Company’s Environmental Strategy, policies and programmes.    This position takes a lead role on the delivery of the Environmental Management System, Waste, Water Quality, Climate Change Strategy and statutory environmental issues. You must have knowledge of best practice in Environmental Management and compliance and regulatory requirements and be able to inspire and motivate others to achieve continuous improvement in environmental practices across the site.  You will interpret and oversee the implementation of any new legislation and ensure that both internal and third party audits are carried out to ensure that the Airport remains compliant with environmental legislation.
