Our client is a leading Water Hygiene Company that is now recruiting for a Water Hygiene Account Manager covering a territory of Sussex.  Your normal duties and responsibilities will include the following but should not be regarded as exclusive or exhaustive.   There will be other occasional duties required to assist with your position and, in addition, as a term of your employment, you may be required to undertake various other duties and / or hours of work as may be reasonably required of you whilst maintaining the companies best interest at all times. Reporting to the Area Managers, being responsible and accountable for the following: - - Management of the area operational teams and administration support - To manage area operational teams and administration support to achieve the best possible financial and operational performance in the area. - Manage the area operational teams to ensure area's contribution to the company objectives are achieved or exceeded. - To create and maintain customer relationships to develop contacts within your area and promote the best interest of the company at all times - Maximize the profitability on each contract by good management of operational teams, sub-contractors and suppliers    - Monitor productivity of operational team - Produce and allocate programs of work for clients and operational teams - Produce weekly financial reports  - Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with clients' specification and company method statements  - Deliver inductions and training for operational teams and ensure health and safety is maintained at all times - Manage the development of staff - Carry out site audits and tool box talks to operational teams - Investigate financial deficiencies on contracts when they arise and produce a report to the area management team  - Evaluate the contract registers weekly and make necessary adjustments  - Ensure corporate image is maintained at all times  - Carry out site surveys and produce quotations - Management of health & safety on site - Produce correspondence, technical and financial reports  - Ensure all required paperwork is returned to area and central services offices as required - Manage the quality management system and ensure compliance - Manage the smooth running and effectiveness of the office environment. - Maintain a safe working environment for self and others.   - Ensure efficient and effective use of equipment and consumables with due consideration of environmental requirements. - Provide information as required by the central services department - Liase with customers, colleagues and suppliers to ensure all procedures are carried out in line with the agreed requirements.  - Develop a professional relationships with our suppliers and customer base - Communicate with, individual tenants, leaseholders and other residents / occupiers together with residents and tenants' organizations In return the company are offering a salary of around £28K - £40K depending on experience.
