Our client provides comprehensive integrated expertise, including management, transaction, advisory and real estate money management services, to investors and occupiers Worldwide.You will be joining their specialist sustainability consultancy practice as a Consultant/Senior Consultant, playing a key role in the delivery of strategic and practical sustainability advice to UK and international commercial property companies and investors. Responsibilities will include;Project management and delivery of portfolio wide energy reduction programmes, including meeting compliance requirements such as CRC and ESOSUndertaking analysis of energy performance of assets, including the management of related sustainability dataSetting and monitoring performance against targets, to match client's overall objectivesWorking closely with property management colleagues to identify relevant opportunities for delivering strategic energy management services, including building specific energy audits and portfolio energy managementProviding effective client management, identifying and driving forward new services that will benefit the client's portfolio The successful individual will need a collaborative working style as you'll be engaging with a wide range of stakeholders across the business. You will also have the tenacity and entrepreneurial spirit to thrive in a fast paced consultancy environment at the forefront of sustainability. The ideal candidate will have:Experience providing consultancy on energy and sustainability within the built environment, with a strong understanding of carbon reporting desirableStrong academic qualifications including a degree and/or post-graduate qualification or equivalent in a sustainability related areaGood track record of managing projects and reporting to clients through strong written and oral communicationA methodical and rigorous approach to information gathering, quantitative and qualitative analysis, with the ability to both understand detail and interpret information This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to work for a global organisation that delivers high impact sustainability projects and offers extensive opportunities for professional development.
