Our client is a successful specialist water treatment company. Because of their progressive attitude they developed from water treatment chemical suppliers, into an organisation with the resources to tackle all aspects of water related services. They currently work within the following areas Boiler Water Treatment, Cooling Water Treatment, Legionella Control & Chemical Cleaning. Due to their continued success they're now looking to recruit an Account Manager ideally around the East Midlands Working within an existing industrial account base the successful candidate will be responsible for the growth of the business within both existing accounts Candidates will have technical experience servicing Boilers, Closed Systems and Cooling Towers and must have at least 2 years account management experience in the Water Treatment Industry.   Main Responsibilities  Deliver proactive account management to a portfolio of key accounts. Ensure contractual obligations are met on site. Manage the profitability of sites. Renew contracts. Actively feedback any new sales opportunities that may arise. Manage the overall customer satisfaction of customers. Monitor feedback from customers to measure their satisfaction with company products. Provide customers with information about company products and services. Maintain an awareness of product development amongst competitors. Plan and attend regular update meetings with clients. Manage ad-hoc queries and enquiries generated by account portfolio. Contribute to strategic planning in the selection of new business partners. General At all times work in a way that demonstrates the company's business methods.  To listen to and relay market intelligence. Maintain high standards in terms of personal appearance conduct and respect of Company property. Qualifications Degree qualified ideally in a Chemistry / Microbiology discipline, the ideal applicants will be seeking to move into a company where hard work and dedication will be rewarded with a good salary package.  Experience required to do this role: Experience within a similar role.
