Our client is a leading multi disciplined Consultancy that offers a wide variety of environmental services to both the public and private sectors. The company are now recruiting for a Contaminated Land Consultant to work from the companies Cambridgeshire office.  Due to a steadily increasing workload the company have an opportunity within the Cambridge office for a Project-level consultant with demonstrable commercial experience in a consultancy environment post graduation to join an established Contaminated Land Quality team. Main Duties Include: Working under the guidance of more senior members of the team, the successful candidate will be required to prepare, organise and undertake a range of Phase 1 and 2 Contaminated Land/Land Quality assessments and site investigations; along with all associated factual and interpretative report writing and preparation. Essential: Site based contaminated land investigation experience; along with factual/interpretative report preparation Quantitative/Qualitative Risk Assessment Knowledge of BS5930 Good computer skills - Microsoft Office, databases Full, current UK driving license UKPIA Forecourt  Passport and CSCS Card Candidates will have a first degree (Geology, Hydrogeology or Geotechnical Engineering) And ideally Masters degree (Hydrogeology, Contaminated Land or similar) Candidates must have a willingness and flexibility to undertake site investigations both locally and further afield as required throughout the UK
