Acre is pleased to be working with an innovative environmental tech start-up which provides software and training tools that engage and educate business in the way of resource efficiency. Our client is looking to identify a Resource Efficiency Programme Manager who will work with high impact waste producers across the UK to increase understanding and engagement of the environmental impacts of their business.This role will be responsible for:Managing client services portfolio which includes training, workshops, and project managing the implementation of educational toolsDeveloping research, insights and knowledge to enhance the business services and product developmentIdentifying and promoting key strategic partnerships and delivering hands on support to ensure the project meets it's objectivesThe successful candidate will be effective at building strong relationships with multiple stakeholder groups, companies and industry bodies.This individual will also possess:Relevant academic background and an awareness of resource efficiency, EMS, the circular economy and wasteThe ability to influence, negotiate, and advocate an environmental agenda to instil behaviour change at multiple levels within a businessExperience delivering workshops and training, have strong communication / marketing knowledge and excellent project management skillsThis is an opportunity for an entrepreneurial individual to join a rapidly growing and value driven start-up at a very exciting time for the business, contributing to and benefiting from their future successes.
