Our client is one of the UK's leading independent legionella risk management and control companies.  They are now looking to recruit a Water Hygiene Area Sales Manager to join their expanding business who will cover the South East. Our client is seeking a motivated individual who has a minimum of two years demonstrable success in sales role within Water Hygiene or in related sectors with respect to Health & Safety or Environmental compliance, you may be seeking the next step in your career and wish to join a company that is expanding rapidly and offers the ability to improve your earning and develop a real career path to senior management The desirable candidate will have evident strengths in winning new business and maintaining and developing relationships with large accounts in this territory, irrespective of technical background. The Ideal candidate will have experience in selling risk assessments, training, and other services but also able to leverage out IT abilities to deliver in this area. Most importantly they are looking for someone who is energetic, keen to learn, flexible and relish the challenges of a dynamic environment. Necessary Qualifications: -Excellent level of spoken English -Must have GCSE (or equivalent) English, literacy and numeracy -Basic level of formal sales training  -Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills and have shown your talent for winning new business with excellent recent year on sales figures Must have: -At least two years' experience in a sales role or an account management role and be able to demonstrate significant sales grown under your stewardship -Previous knowledge/ involvement in the Water Hygiene sector and the control of legionella would be advantageous however not essential. -If no experience of the Water Hygiene sector then experience in a related compliance sector or of Estates and Facilities would be highly desirable. The Client in return is offering a competitive salary and benefits package to the successful applicant. This role includes a company vehicle. In conclusion it is essential to have a Full UK Licence.
