We are now recruiting for a client that provides end to end services throughout the UK. From the design, civils and installation of Rainwater Harvesting Systems and Attenuation Tanks, right through to accredited water sampling, Legionella Risk Assessments and the remediation, maintenance cleaning and cleansing of all potable and non-potable water tank systems. The company are now recruiting for their Water Hygiene division to employ a hands-on, experienced and competent Water Treatment Engineer based in and around the Worcestershire Area.      Previous experience in a similar role within the Water Hygiene industry and knowledge of water systems is essential. Previous experience in the plumbing trade would also be an advantage. Excellent communication skills are vital, with a determined approach to your career and professional progression. The ideal candidate will have the ability to provide excellent customer service and be able to represent the Company in a confident and professional manner. A valid driving licence is a must, teamed with a positive attitude towards travelling and liaising with multiple clients. Qualifications & Experience: The successful candidate must be able to show extensive practical experience of working within this role, undertaking Legionella Risk Assessments and water treatment. Must be well versed with the water treatment/water hygiene industry Key Responsibilities: Conducting risk assessments in accordance to the ACOP L8 guidelines on commercial and industrial premises. Servicing of hot and cold water systems and chemical tank cleans temperature monitoring, cooling towers, chlorination, etc. Servicing and maintenance of Rainwater and Grey Water Harvesting Tanks and associated systems. Organising and planning work effectively. Visiting sites and carrying out work as and when required. Implementing the company's Health & Safety policy. Ensuring that professional and high quality services are maintained at all times. Additional duties will include producing reports, visiting industrial and commercial sites, building and maintaining good relationships with clients from all levels. Requirements: In general, you will be adaptable, flexible, with a good work ethic and at the same time carry out work effectively and within time scale. Will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Will be flexible with regards to travelling. Will be fully conversant with the water treatment/water hygiene industry.
