Our client specialises in all aspects of Legionella control, water treatment and air hygiene, they are now looking to recruit a Technical Services Manager in Gloucestershire The ideal candidate will have: -Relevant experience in water treatment, plant, equipment, ancillary equipment -Recent successful experience of negotiations with clients and exercising diplomacy -Well developed interpersonal skills and be able to deal with personnel at all levels -Experience and knowledge of Water Treatment Chemistry and Water Plant Knowledge -IT literate Management Information Systems, MS Word, Excel and presentation software -Experience in Water Treatment Service Delivery Management. -Experience and understanding of water treatment and water hygiene legislation and techniques within a client focused environment -Capable of understanding technical and scientific data. A high level of literacy and numeracy is  essential as is the ability to solve problems both rationally and creatively. -Knowledge of Air Conditioning legislation - Driving licence with own transport -Ability negotiate with internal and external customers . Desirable: -Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent. -Proven track record in successful people management, client negotiation, mentoring of internal staff and contract mobilisation. -Management experience in dealing with sub-contractors and supply chain -Experience and understanding of industry legislation and techniques within a client focused environment -Experience in successfully working in a pressured and stressful environment -Commercial Acumen -Competencies in accordance with Company requirement and a pro-active attitude and aptitude In return our client offer a competitive salary
