Our client specialise in all aspects of Legionella control, water treatment and air hygiene and they are now looking to recruit an Area Manager to work from their office in the West Midlands Essentials for the role: -Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role -Ideally Minimum 5 years' experience of budget management -Working knowledge of P&L Accounts and forecasting/financial plans -Recent successful experience of controlling operational contracts -Management experience -IT literate Management Information Systems, MS Word and Excel -5 years' management experience in dealing with sub-contractors and supply chain -5 years' experience of successful process management -Mobile to travel between sites (Midlands Office, Ellesmere Port Office, Customer Sites) Desirable  -Proven track record in successful people management -Valid formal Health and Safety Qualification (NEBOSH, IOSH) -Recent successful experience of negotiations with clients and exercising diplomacy -Experience in successfully working in a pressured and stressful environment -A minimum of 7 years' experience in Service Delivery Management with strong Water Treatment Focus -Operational understanding of water treatment legislation within a client focused environment In return our client offer a competitive salary
