Our client is a leading Water Treatment Company that is recruiting for an Account Manager covering contracts throughout the West Midlands.   Act as a representative of the company carrying out work as detailed by the Area Manager. Conduct yourself in a professional manner in support of customers and work colleagues. Operational responsibility to deliver a first class service and meeting the required profit margins upon the contracted and reactive works, from the customers. To deal with any priority legionella or our non-conformance results from the clients. To ensure all works are delivered on time and to the agreed specification. To support business growth within the portfolio. To ensure regional operation resource levels are maintained. Delegate work to Environmental Service Teams in conjunction with the Administrator Support. Checking paperwork and service standards completed by Environmental Service Team. Carry out allocated service work within agreed time schedules, adhering to the company Maintenance Quality Management System and quality policy, and to the relevant industry guidelines and customer specifications. Complete reports and paperwork as instructed by the Area Manager. Take responsibility for your own training needs and bring them to the attention of the Area Manager. Ensure continual sustainable profitable growth throughout your business portfolio. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety Executive and the latest regulations and codes of good practice. Key Duties involve the following: Surveying clients sites and producing quotations as required, involving travel and overnight accommodation where needed. Booking in operational work with customers. Attend contract review meetings with Clients as required. Ensure that Environmental Service Team is performing to their required standard as detailed in their job description. Provide training to Environmental Service Team to enhance their capabilities and efficiency. Provide work planners to Environmental Service Team. Monitor Environmental Service Team time sheets and ensure that all work is being carried out as planned within agreed timescales. Provide technical support to the regional service delivery team. Ensure that Environmental Service team paperwork and reports are completed correctly and returned within agreed timescales. You may be required, from time to time, to carry out operational work to ensure that contractual commitments are met, these may include: water sampling; water temperature monitoring, legionella risk assessments and/or other tasks which are carried out by the Environmental Services Team.
