Our client is a leading Water Treatment Company that is recruiting for an Account Manager to be based permanently on site at an East London Hospital.  Duties and responsibilities include: Carrying out work as detailed by the Regional Manager  Conduct yourself in a professional manner in support of customers and work colleagues  Operational responsibility to deliver a first class service and meeting the required profit margins upon the contracted and reactive works, from the customers.  To ensure all works are delivered on time and to the agreed specification.  To support business growth and retain existing customers  Delegate work to Environmental Service Teams, in conjunction with the Technical Operations Administration Team and Contract Managers.  Training Environmental Service Team as required including delivering Tool box talks and team briefs  Checking paperwork and service standards completed by Environmental Service Team  Carry out allocated service work within agreed time schedules, adhering to the the Maintenance Quality Management System and quality policy, and to the relevant industry guidelines and customer specifications.  Complete reports and paperwork as instructed by the Regional Manager  Take responsibility for your own training needs and bring them to the attention of the Line Manager.  Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation, specific company requirements approved by the Health & Safety Executive and the latest regulations and codes of good practice  Liaise with the client on a regular basis  Produce reports regarding KPI's and current performance of the contract  Ensure All customer folders, QHSE folders and documentation is up to date  Produce annual renewals in good time  Complete an annual contract review with clients  Surveying and assisting in the production of quotations.  Ensuring Environmental service technicians are completing tasks to a very high level  Ensure paperwork by your team are completed to the highest quality  Assisting in the booking of operational work with customers  Provide training to Environmental Service team to enhance their capabilities and efficiency  Provide technical support to the regional service delivery team.  Ensure that Environmental Service team paperwork and reports are completed correctly and returned within agreed timescales  Carry out audits on logbooks and paperwork  You may be required, from time to time, to carry out operational work to ensure that contractual commitments are met.
