A global property company is looking to secure a Corporate Responsibility Manager to cover a maternity leave on a 12 month basis.Working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, this role will manage all questionnaires and data collection regarding the external rating indices and CR publications (including the Annual Report, the CR Report and the CR website).You will be responsible for:Analysing environmental, community and social data from surveys, developing meaningful messages for the businessEngaging different stakeholders on community and environmental agendas, providing guidance, training, analysis and reports where necessaryIdentifying ways to maximise business benefits and commercial value from the CR ProgrammeWorking across the organisation to meet CR targets and applying best practice where appropriateProducing and designing content for the annual CR report, ensuring accuracy and robustness of informationThe successful individual will have excellent analytical and excel skills, alongside previous experience within property or retail and a degree in a relevant subject area (e.g.: Environmental Science, Sustainability, and Corporate Responsibility). You will have demonstrable experience of developing and embedding robust CR and community programmes across a large organisation, engaging a diverse group of individuals on to different CR programmes. You will have proven relationship management skills, both internally and externally, with a 'values' based approach to work.
