Our client is a leading Water Treatment Company that is now recruiting for a Contracts Manager to join their team in the South East. The successful candidate will be responsible for the provision of high quality technical support and on site services delivery to the existing and rapidly expanding client base.  Act as a representative of the company carrying out work as detailed by Your line manager  Conduct yourself in a professional manner in support of our customers and work colleagues  Operational responsibility to deliver a first class service and meeting the required profit margins upon the contracted and reactive works, from the customers  To deal with any priority legionella or our non-conformance results from the clients  To ensure all works are delivered on time and to the agreed specification  To support business growth and retain existing customers  To assist in the national bid team with tender production  To ensure regional operation resource levels are maintained  To interview new regional resources including administrative support  Delegate work to Environmental Service Teams in conjunction with the Technical Operations Administrator  Training Environmental Service Team as required  Checking paperwork and service standards completed by Environmental Service Team  Carry out allocated service work within agreed time schedules, adhering to the Maintenance Quality Management System and quality policy, and to the relevant industry guidelines and customer specifications  Complete reports and paperwork as instructed by the Operations Manager  Take responsibility for your own training needs and bring them to the attention of the Operations Manager  Ensure continual sustainable profitable growth throughout your business portfolio  Ensure compliance with Health & Safety Executive and the latest regulations and codes of good practice  Main duties will include:  Surveying and producing quotations  Booking in operational work with customers  Attend contract review meetings with clients  Ensure that Environmental Service Team is performing to their required standard as detailed in their job description  Interview/recruit new personnel to the Environmental Services Team as required  Provide training to Environmental Service Team to enhance their capabilities and efficiency  Provide work planners to Environmental Service Team. Monitor Environmental Service Team time sheets and ensure that all work is being carried out as planned within agreed timescales  Provide technical support to the regional service delivery team  Ensure that Environmental Service team paperwork and reports are completed correctly and returned within agreed timescales  You may be required, from time to time, to carry out operational work to ensure that contractual commitments are met, these may include: water sampling; water temperature monitoring, legionella risk assessments and/or other tasks which are carried out by the Environmental Services Team  Person Specification  At least 10 years experience working within the Water Treatment Industry  Management skills Induction / Appraisal skills Health & Safety Management  Knowledge of QMS/BMS procedures  Commercial awareness  Planning skills  Customer care/relationship building skills  Ability to manage change successfully  Presentation skills  Negotiation skills  Able to work as a member of a team  Able to work without direct supervision  Physically able to complete required duties  Full driving licence  Able to deal directly with customers in a professional manner and represent the company
