Our client is a dynamic and successful company that provide market leading levels of water treatment, water hygiene and indoor air quality monitoring services. Their clients range from Property Management, Facilities Management and the Building Services sector.  Due to company`s ongoing expansion programme they have an additional requirement to recruit an Indoor Air Quality Consultant (IAQ). The suitable candidate will be one who is keen to develop and expand the existing IAQ provision as the company are under utilising tye service they offer The candidate will ideally: Have an understanding of ventilation and air-conditioning types/systems in terms of design and operation Have an understanding of monitoring and testing techniques of air quality in the workspace and in ductwork systems Have an understanding of the various cleaning and maintenance techniques of ventilation systems Be capable of understanding and applying codes of practice, British Standards, industry guidance etc.   Have knowledge and an understanding of water systems and Legionnaires disease and be able to survey such systems and ideally carry out legionella risk assessments.  In the first instance to manage and carry out the companies high quality Indoor Air Quality product service, to include organising the IAQ service visits via liaison with site/client.  Organisation of microbiological samples and any specialist equipment in readiness for associated visits.   To carry out the IAQ site visit in accordance with the defined job specification and company task method statements and task risk assessments.  To compile and produce a written report of the findings of the IAQ survey and submit the report to the client. As required to assist the Consultancy Risk Assessing team with Legionella Risk Assessing works as required. Over time to develop the IAQ service to include additional specialist IAQ work provisions as required. To liaise/engage with existing and new clients to further develop the IAQ with a view to expanding the existing portfolio of clients and sites undertaking IAQ works, i.e. sales development. Ideally a minimum of three years experience in a similar role will be required along with a full UK driving license.
