Acre has been engaged by a global real estate services business to identify a new Sustainability Programme Manager to be the key liaison with a long standing investor client's Head of Sustainability. You will coordinate all sustainability activity on the account, therefore, you will need to be highly organised and an excellent negotiator to ensure project deliverables are clear and achievable. You will need to work in a collaborative manner with a large number of central office and site based colleagues, including the utility bureau and M&E contractors. Responsibilities will include:Coordination of assessments and certifications (with Surveyors, Facility Managers and contractors), including; EPCs and minimum energy performance standardsQuarterly Sustainability Reports at fund and asset level.Overseeing delivery of data analysis and reporting.Close liaison with the Head of Engineering, and technical sustainability manager to ensure programme needs are met.Providing client with complete and accurate datasets for the purpose of disclosing to GRESB, CRC and UNPRI.Air Conditioning Inspections ESOS AuditsVoluntary certificates, DEC, BREEAM, SKAYou will have a sound understanding of environmental and sustainability issues within the built environment as well as strong programme/project management experience. You are also likely to come from a consultancy background, have exposure CRMs and be a confident, self starter. You will also have:Excellent negotiation, communication and persuasion skills, with ability to co-ordinate projects that require input from large numbers of client, colleague and supplier staffAdvanced data analysis skills and experience of energy and carbon reportingExperience project managing projects with multiple parties with many links in supply chain.Advanced Excel skills, in particular: structuring data tables and linking data tables (lookups), maintaining spreadsheets and flat databases, pivoting for summariesKnowledge of voluntary and mandatory schemes and certifications and questionnaires
